In a continuing effort to recruit qualified education personnel for all Arkansas public school districts, the Department of Education is pleased to announce the availability of the web-based recruitment service http://Teachers-Teachers.com. This service is designed to help those responsible for personnel recruitment meet the challenges of placing the most qualified education professionals in our schools. Partial funding of the services of Teachers-Teachers.com for Arkansas public schools is provided by the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) through collaboration of the Special Education and Professional Quality Enhancement Units. Teachers-Teachers.com is available for all Arkansas school districts who subscribe to the service.
The services will enable those charged with personnel recruitment to:
 | Post job openings for all education personnel, (including teachers, administrators, speech pathologists, and other related services personnel) and receive cover letters and resumes from interested candidates by email. |
| Send broadcast emails to targeted pools of candidates and alert a specific audience of candidates to job opportunities and incentive programs through personalized messages. In addition, the system can be utilized to connect with candidates attending the statewide recruitment fair. |
| Conduct customized candidate searches; proactively search the candidate database and track progress with candidates using an online prospect list. |
Individuals interested in pursuing employment can post their resumes online at no cost. This free online service provides instant access for educators who are looking for jobs in locations nationwide.
